XM6 joystick to keyboard mapping how?

Compiling my own HDD image for my real X68k in XM6. Can anybody help me setting up XM6 Type G v3.30 L35 to use my keyboard as joystick (port 1)?

Arrow keys work fine, buttons I don't get to work.

I think I did it the way I should:
Options --> Joystick
Joy 1 set as Atari
Device A as JoyKey and button 1 & 2 mapped to keyboard keys.
