hu card eprom question

Hi all!,I would like to make my own HU CARDS,as I do with  Mega Drive cartridges,with Megadrive is really easy task just burn with the eprom programmer taking into account  is needed the byte swap...,but with PCE when i burn the rom into a eprom this eprom content  is not recognizable  even in an emulator...  ,if any know what im doing wrong...thanks in advance.

I had no trouble burning EPROMs.  If you can't burn content to the chip nor make that same content work in an emu (!?) you're definitely missing a simple step.

yeah!im doing something wrong,must have a different step from how to do it in Megadrive and PC Engine,when I open a ROM PCE with eprom programmer...and i save...just for try...i choose ROM and save as ALL FILES and i call for example DARIUS.PCE,and not work...,but when i do this with master system rom or megadrive rom works... ,thanks for the patience  .

When I was burning the ROMs on my PCE proto board, I just:

Selected the appropriate device (I've used both flash and EPROMs)
Loaded .pce file into the burner software
Pressed the GO button.

It just works, it's not tricky.

i have no ideas...,the most strange for me is i have no problem with other consoles...,really thanks Lawrence.
