my fan is very noisy on my ps2 as i think the bearings have gone.

I was thinking of putting a cool  pc fan in it instead.

I am going to take the pc fan, change the pin header and cut a hole in the case to allow it room.

i also thought of getting a sort of 'bubble' made of lucite to cover the fan.

i wanted to use this fan but cant find an 8.5v version.
