Bottom-left panel: "ta ta ta" is the sound of footsteps. You'll see this one a lot in this book.
Note that I made many attempts to flip the book to read properly. It usually worked, but occasionally it wasn't worth the effort of reversing frames with sound-effects in them. I apologize to anyone who tries to translate the sound effects and can't find any of the katakana in the dictionary. Try reversing them. =)
On this page I flipped the Disk Writer machine inside its frame, so English speakers can read it, but the red sound effect ('jyaan!' = ta-daa!) is still backwards. I reversed each of the 'ta ta' katakana individually.
