Now trying BlueSCSI v1 on my 20F, and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

I posted this thread a week ago about issues with using BlueSCSI V2 on my 20F. I saw and heard that v1 was known to work, so I've now moved on to trying that. However, the behavior is the same!

Similarly to the V2, I named my HDD image HD10_512.HDA for LUN 0, SCSI ID 1. Logs seem okay, as shown below.

Finished configuration - Starting BlueSCSI

I used CaptainYS' bootloader to perform drive letter assignment. Yet, I cannot boot SCSI HDD 1, nor can I even see it as a valid disk in TownsOS (when booting via CD-ROM).

At this point, I'm starting to question whether my computer itself is the culprit here. Part of me wants to try something purpose-built, like the external Henkan Bancho, but would prefer exhausting all options first.

Side note, I prepared the disk image using Tsguaru where I am able to both successfully boot and browse my disk and all of its partitions.

Anyway, if any FM Towns friends out there have any ideas or clues as to what may be the issue here, I'd love to hear it!

Thank you in advance :)
