When my new PC-9821 ce2 arribed the cdrom drive worken fine until about 10 open-close sessions.
Started making a terrible grinding noise, disassembling the drive found that one of the gear that works the tray seems to be made out of cheese and become very brittle.

The gear is the one in red.

From searching on the web found a couple of pages talking about a 3d print model of the gear.

But all of the pages point to broken links or tweeter post that are no more etc..
Maybe someone have the stl file ?, or where to look for it ?.

This is a known issue with these drives (it's PC Engine syndrome) so I know a replacement will be much welcomed.

Found it:  https://booth.pm/en/items/5057548
Purchased the stl file from there.

Printed it using PLA on my QIDI and the result was great replaced the gear and work very well.
