Help for a poor newbie?

Hey i've just started collecting nintendo stuff, and i really want a nes, snes, n64, and gc that can play english, american and japanese games.

Can you please let me know if this is possible, as i've been googling (and yahooing and msning) for about an hour and can only find ow to make american/japanese consoles play american/japanese games.

Also any general tips and links for a genuine newcomer to console modder would be great.

for the SNES to play trouble free games of all regions you need a cart convertor as the switch mod slips up on some games.  For the N64 it's the same.  Gamecube all you need is a Freeloader preferably both vesions both new and old as there a compatability issues.  Not sure about NES if the is any protection as most of the problem is just cart shape and pin number which can be fixed by using a cartridge convertor.
