CZ-600DB Image Offset

So I'm eyeing a CZ-600DB monitor on Yahoo Auctions (https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b1099619744) but the pictures in the listing show the image offset to the right and possibly squished vertically. Would this be adjustable from the controls on the front or should I try my luck elsewhere?

You could make adjustments and probably resolve most of that but most likely you'll want to do a recap anyway.
