Noisy VGA signal

Is there a list of which caps to target for VGA issues? Both of my x68ks exhibit problems here (though the exact symptoms vary). The 030 has had a full recap done by a previous owner, unknown date, but the job was hamfisted so it's possible there's a cap that's effectively missing somewhere due to a lifted pad, or they could be old enough to have died again.

I recapped the 000's PSU and replaced some bad components, but it had clearly been recapped before as well; luckily the job was a bit cleaner here likely due to it not having SMD caps.

I could just recap everything on both with known new caps, but the 030 particularly has already seen a lot of abuse, so I'm trying to limit the potential for more board damage. And with the 000 I'm just too lazy to replace caps that aren't causing problems yet
