where to get paper sleeves for floppies?

I have some blank new 5,25" floppies but without that paper sleeve and I have hard time figuring out that where on earth I could get those paper sleeves for them? I searched thru entire ebay and there's only one item of several but with rather awful art printed on them whereas I would prefer to have generic white paper sleeves.
