SNES scrambled image but good sound.

This snes whas giving black screen i cleaned the connector and replaced  most caps with high quality caps. now it have sound and picture but the piucture is scrambled like there is missing data.

I know that some one used a AC adapter on it and wonder if its possible that it friend a chip or part of the power circuit.
