X68000 to VGA

Hi all,
im turning crazy,please someone can tell me if i'm soldering the Wires in the right way?,i look the schematics and i can't get a clear idea about,
i think i soldering the wires in the wrong way.
in alL schematics i find are not indicated like
" SOLDER SIDE"
just i need to know if the RED is the first from the Left?,pin 1 is the first on the left?

Hi Gillianx68000 !

You soldered the wires backwards. For example, RED wire is soldered to pin 8 and not 1 as it should be. The X68000 should and must display insert floppy prompt when powered on and if there is no hard drive.

Quotein alL schematics i find are not indicated like
" SOLDER SIDE"

The pins are usually numbered at the connector. Please magnify the picture in my previous post and you will see the pin numbers.

Hello,thanks Guys,
Eidis in this case the numbers are really hard to see and my Cam dont catch...,but the PIN 1 is the Pin where i solder the GND BLACK WHIRE...in my photo...

i need to say i follow the Schematics,just i dont know the pin to start:

-------------------------------------------1-RED
----------------------------------------- 2-GND
------------------------------------------3-GREEN
------------------------------------------ 4-GND
------------------------------------------ 5-BLUE
------------------------------------------ 6-GND
-------------------------------------------7-NO CONECT
-------------------------------------------8-GND
...............etc etc

Pin1 is at top left side, when looking at the connector from the front (the side which plugs into socket). Please look again at the picture which I attached in one of the previous posts. You will see that unused pins are not connected.
