Vectrex hack PAD

Hi all!
i need help for understand how hack the original Pad from Vectrex for build an Arcade stick...,

the buttons are done...and works

,that is the easy part...,but i have great difficulty for understand the analog Axis...,

i have the resistors etc but i cant find the way,someone can explain me from the 6 wires who are soldered on the AXIS who is what is needed solder to the Arcade directions?

maybe i not doing the correct questions...im little lost with this,

Done,

my mistake was not connect every microruptor GND to 3,3 resistor...,
now all works great!,
