Major release: Translated setup2.exe

 Hi Guys !

Might as well spice up the FM-Towns section a bit. Today is the day of another GameSX exclusive. SETUP2.EXE is used to configure system settings such as ram, disks, partitions and so on. Most of the GUI stuff is translated. The "help" and DOS parts are still in Japanese so there is still room for improvement.
