SEGA WONDERMEGA JOYPAD PORT 1 DOESN'T WORK WELL?NEVER SEEN BEFORE

Hi!

I have a SEGA WONDERMEGA with a problem on the joypad port 1.
The system works great,game carts and CDs work well however when I use a CD game the joypad port doesn't work,for example if I push left on the pad the reponse is right or when I push the A button reponse B etc.So with Final Fight it's impossible to play normally or I must use the joypad port 2 to do a normal play.

Of course I tested the wondermega with several controllers,original SEGA or non official,3 or 6 bottons but the problem remain....

If I use a game cart the joypad port works great so it's a very singular problem,never seen before on a system.
Anyone can help me???
