X68000 to ADSL through RS-232C(serial)

I found this interesting document about connecting X68000 to ADSL trhough RS-232C(serial)  , it would be nice if someone could translate it in order to do some testing:

 Good find Caius !

A router with RS232 is required for it to work. The author refers to NTT-ME MN128-SOHO SL11 but IMHO others, such as NTT-ME MN128-SOHO IB3 could work as-well.
