I was about to whip up a scart adaptor for xbox to use my ntsc console on my old pal commodore monitor, but I noticed the av cable appears to choose the colour format with the mode pins..

however with the same av cable my pal console outputs pal and my ntsc console ntsc..

heres the chart I was looking at..

any ideas?
