today i picked up some old console controllers (9 cons), two of them are konix speedkings.. i looked through almost all the pages google gave me and found only one kind of speedking, not this one. this one has a different stick and it has two gameplay buttons (A and B). on the front above the stick is a switch (the track is   around 1" long) labeled "centre return" with off at the left end and on at the right end, when switched off the stick will stay where you put it instead of springing back to the centre. in the bottom left of the front is a button labeled "Centre Adj".
the plug on the end of the cable is a db15.

the shape is that of the common speedking and the red and black front looks the same aside from the different buttons and square hole* with the stick in it.

What console is this for:P?

*i say hole because it is too deep to be an indent and i didnt know what else to call it.

dum dum

15pin eh, have you tried it on your PC?
