Neo Geo MVS MVH1 stereo problem

so I am looking to buy a Neo Geo MVS MVH1 board from a guy over at the neo-geo.com forums, but there is one problem, I don't have a cab, and while it does have stereo output (one of my requirements) it just has a straight lead out to speakers, and I want to find a way to terminate it to rca or xlr so I can plug it into my sound system rather than wiring it to speakers.

I know this may seem trivial, but how would one go about doing this?

I have a mv1h.  I just took a small computer power plug (one that usually plugs into floppy drives or some video cards) and it fits the pins and wired it into a stereo headphone jack
