This is just for the lazy people! I hooked up a D-sub 69 female connector to a DIN-8 socket and got a great signal via my XMD-1 (which I bought because I couldn't be bothered to muck around getting SMS and Genesis RGB). The picture is dimmer than, for example, my SMS/Genesis, on my PVM-2030. But, sigh, if I go to all the trouble of readjusting the brightness on the monitor I'm okay.

You have to connect composite video on the TG16 to... well, I just connected it to both CVID and CSYNC on the DIN. I bet you can just connect it to CVID on the DIN, but in keeping with the extreme laziness this whole project exemplified I am not going to test this. I guess I could open up the DIN plug of the XMD and figure out which pin is connected but.... nahhhhh.

The plan is to mount the DIN socket on my TurboBooster Plus. Then I won't have to write down Dragon's Curse game save codes, saving even more time for drinking White Russians, bowling, and enjoying the rug in my apartment.

P.S. Sorry for not searching the forum for"XMD" and "Turbografx-16". Lazy.
