Try the RGB mod, that will do for one. And then make it play PAL, USA, and JAP games.

You can but you need a chip from a PAL N64 to do it  ;)

do you have anymore info on this, it seems to be quite an interesting thing to do and i wouldnt mind trying it. also would that mod change the frequency (50/60hz) of the system?

i, like vertigo thought that you couldn't do such a mod.

Web page was up a couple of weeks ago but seems to have vanished now.

I think I have a copy of it somewhere on my harddisk, I will try to find it.

I have not had a chance to do the mod myself yet.

Here's the image missing from the instructions.

If you don't have a special soldering iron to take the chip(s) off, I wouldn't even consider doing this mod. It's just too much work.

A blowtorch is a good way of doing this, you'll wreck the pcb though.Just heat the area around it and the chips will fall straight off.

Hi!

Check my simple, but still cool I think, mod here: http://galleri.sweclockers.com/galleri_vis...p?chassi_id=835

Just replaced the red LED with a super bright blue one!
