New Posts button!

[NFG]

Ever since I installed this forum I've been dismayed by the lack of a 'show new posts' button.  Turns out the feature has always been there, but none of the templates I tried had a button for it!

So I made one.

It's kind of a place-holder for now, but I think it's easy to spot, yeah?  =D
