Ongoing webserver problems

Yes, I know the site has been flaky lately.  With the help of the guys over at Aprelium I've been installing and testing a new version of the webserver every two days or so.  It's very near to being sorted out, they assure me.

Believe me, I don't like having to restart the server any more than you hate finding the site dead.
