Help adding a 50/60hz switch onto a Asian PAL MD 1

Hi all!
I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to add a 50/60hz switch to my Asian PAL-I MD1? Here's a picture of the jumpers:

I've looked at http://www.digitpress.com/faq/genesis_import.txt but I just can't understand the text diagrams. If someone could show me simply with a picture or something that would be great

I think what you need to do is look at the edge of the circuit board, rather than the top of it. If you see both the top and bottom of the board and visualize the relative position of the Jp1 and Jp2 traces, I think the diagrams in that FAQ will make a whole lot more sense. Hope that helps.

I'm looking at it side on now but it's still going over my head... I just don't get what that switch thing connects to or anything =/

I think this is just because the RF unit is only designed to make PAL signals, but eh still cool
