Insert Credit forums down?

They've either been down all weekend, or there's something wrong on my end. All I get is this gibberish:

It's been up and down for some time now.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  When it does the ic skin is gone and it's a generic forum.

I'm pretty sure they're working on it.

It's back up now. Helluva long time, though. Especially with no notice on the front page.
