Ntsc Gamecube With Pal Tv

Hi to all,
I have ntsc gamecube and 2 sony tv's, one is pal and other is multisystem both tirinitron
to play pal games i bought freeloader but
on my multisystem tv only ntsc games playing correctly but pal games are black&white
and on my pal tv, both pal and ntsc games are black&white
i have tried rgb cable and av cable but result is same
is there any product which can let me play games correctly
i prefer pal tv and my tvs do not support s-video
