X68030 boot Problem

Hi , sorry for my poor English  ;)
I have change all the caps on my X68030 but now when i turn it on , i have the boot screen but nothing other

i try with hard disk or with floppy but nothing happens , like it has no rom or can't boot on it
Anyone have ideas about the cause of this?

 Hi Dunmcl !

Try pressing and holding OPT.1 when powering on the system. It will bypass SRAM settings and try to boot from floppy drive. If that does not help, it could be linked to poorly seated components. Reseat everything and make sure that both floppy drives are properly connected with the ribbon cable.

I try with OPT.1 but nothing , I'll Reseat everything and tell you the result

I have reseat all and test with atx alim and same result  :'(

just recap , and yes it works before but sound was very low and that s why i make recap
i can press interupt and have a japanese message , i can eject floppy , but nothing more , it rest on boot screen and don't try to read floppy or display error...

 Hi !

Did you use the same specification capacitors ? If you are absolutely sure that they are compatible, the problem could be linked to broken traces or corroded traces under solder mask.

Check your X68030 components for the presence of similar solder pads as the circled ones in the following picture. There have been reports that they get corroded over time and fail continuity test.

P.S. While you are at it, check all cables, especially floppy drive, for continuity.

I maybe found a problem with the ribbon cable from the motherboard to the I/O board , anybody have the pinout of this ribbon cable?
