intellivision service manual in pdf?

hey,
I've found a service manual at http://www.kohtz.com/andrew/intv_sm/index.html
but I'd like to have it in pdf form, console5.com seems to have hosted the service manuals but returns 404:(

anyone got another source or have one on their computer?

the problem I have is that the console isn't displaying colour, sometimes it has the wrong colours for a bit, but thats the best thats come out of it.
