ColecoVision BIOS replacement with built in Game(s)

Hello everyone,

I got a suggestion over on the AtariAge forums to post a question here.

Since the original ColecoVision BIOS can be replaced with an EPROM and there are alternate BIOS binaries that can be burned to it, I was wondering if it would be possible to add game(s)to  the EPROM replacement and play without a cartridge.
