Running new server!

I've migrated the server to a new platform.  It's kind of buggy - all errors show up as 404, even if they should be something else (like a 403).  There's no SSI support, so some older pages are now dead.  Perl support seems to be a bit flaky.

If you notice anything funny, or pages that don't work, please let me know ASAP so I can fix it.

I'd really like to find a decent server app.  Abyss, which has been rock solid for years, is now unreliable.  Lighttpd doesn't work well on Windows, and the other servers I've found are either expensive or incomplete.

I'm looking into a linux variant, but I'm REALLY reluctant to move to a new OS.
