So, it's gotta be said that I am...  Easily distracted, lazy or simply averse to actual effort.  The PC Engine LT that I recognized as 'cap dead' in 2015 is finally getting recapped.  Visual inspection doesn't reveal a lot of problems, so I am (perhaps misguidedly) optimistic that I can salvage this.

There are several lists of required caps on the interwebs, but none of them - none! - list the size of the caps, or even specify that some of them are leaded radials, not SMD parts.

So I did the legwork and here's the deets.
