Eye care produts? Could be something to link a "eye scanner" in a X68000?

Certainly seems to be some kind of peripheral for vision related fields. If it is indeed a proprietary peripheral that used a x68k as its host machine, I doubt you would be able to find out anything substantial on it.

The actual x68000 card, doesn't have much on it, just a few chips and some kind of controlling wires. Maybe it just controlled some kind of machine/device and the other cards did the work outside of the x68000.
