Quick question- Is it possible to use a PVM/BVM with a PC-98? I know PVMs can sync at 15hz, but they only have composite sync, not separated H+Z. Is it possible to make a cable, perhaps?

You can use a T-adapter to crudely combine both syncs and feed it into the PVM's sync input port which should work, but the proper way to do it is by using a sync combiner circuit.
