I would to mod my PAL Neo Geo CD to NTSC by http://www.gamesx.com/importmod/neocd5060.htm

My Problem: I have a PAL console and NEED the resistor R52!!!

But I can't find/read the value or color codes of R52 in this tutorial :O(

It looks like the value isn't extremely important. Just try whatever resistors you have lying around. Start with higher values first.

10k is a good one .... actually you can just tie the line up to +5v for NTSC...  But yes 10k is perfect for it
