Hello, i´m back, years ago i had X68000, now i get a X68000 Pro 2 (CZ-653C-BK, doing some repairs and tests now) and 2 Monitors CZ-602D-BK and a CZ-603D-BK with that problem of vertical colapse.

Ok, after disassemble the monitors and after a fast check i noticed the 200V 470uF cap are inflated on the top on both monitors, other caps looks very good, i have to replace that 200v 470uf in both cases.

CZ-603D-BK have a vertical colapse, i resoldered all zone near the Vertical Deflection Ic and made some checkings too, but i´ll want replace the vertical deflection IC, then i desoldered the IC, 7 pins, and the problem is that i dont know which type is, nothing is labeled on the chip (only B7 is marked behind the ic), look:

Then, i suspect maybe it is a LA7841 Sanyo Display Vertical Deflection or similar type, like LA7845, LA7840, LA7832, LA7830 or others, but be great to know for sure which type is this if anyone have the info or service diagram (i think not) for this monitor.

Thanks in advance.
Regards.

Dhampird do you mind sharing the source for your image? Also, unless I'm very thick I'm not sure that it 100 percent identifies the IC in question.

Hello, the source? Me, I made it follow the tracks on the cz-603 motherboard, maybe some people could recognise the vertical ic with that? For example pin 1 is ground and not match with some vertical ics 7 pin where pin 1 is not ground if im right. I know is difficult recognise the ic anyway, but people with more skills than me maybe could identify which one is the correct ic to try replace it. íf i can i will try identify component values from circuit to add it to diagram.
