All right, Here's the theory:

A while back, Sega made these special cards for the saturn that would make them play VCD's. I believe that the Sega cd was programmed in a way simmiler to the saturn's. I think It's possible to make an "interpreter" of sorts that would make the Saturn compatible with Sega CD games Through the port in the back.

The Saturns hardware was nothing like the Mega Cds...
WTF are you talking about? o_0
So what if the Saturn had a plug-in MPEG card.. that doesnt mean it can play Mega Cd games..

Yeah, your making things up.  The sega cd was two consoles in one with dual processors. Saturn is prolly not near fast enough to emulate the sega cd, even a little bit. Also sega cd games had crappy audio tracks used for "true" 16 bit stereo sound, which well, just forget your whole idea ok?
forgive my broked english, for I am an AMERICAN

I hear there are "interpreters" you can get for the PC that play MegaCD games. My PC plays VCDs also. That must mean the PC is designed similarly to the MegaCD, right? RIGHT?
My next project will be to get Windows "interpreted" onto the MegaCD.
