I made a dump of this game, which seems to be strongly protected :

Disk I - Copy Protection.jpg
Disk II - Copy Protection.jpg
Disk III - Copy Protection.jpg

Disk I & II use 26 sectors on track 80 side 1, and Disk III use a weak sector protection on Track 9 side 1 (8 normal sectors + 1 weak + 1 partial + 1 normal)
