Booting V1.1 from Floppy

Like in the other threat about ysscsicd.sys driver i have another problem
My FMT can´t boot any V1.1 Floppy. It stucks with that clock symbol after 4-5 seconds and freezes.
If so, the FMT isn´t able to boot from my sd card for a while.
Workaround is to attach the sd2scsi direct without external CD Rom to the FMT or waiting 5 minutes.
After that it boots the SD image. As long as i boot a V1.1 Disk.

On my Towns the backup battery seems to be deaD - could this be the issue ?

Yes the battery had to do with it. But was not the issue itself.
I have now new batterys and the issue is that, why ever, the v1.1 boot Disk will delete booting from SD Card.
When i add the sd card in setup2 again all is fine.
I have a workaround for that v1.1 issue - writing a v2.1 and replaced config.sys, autoexec.bat, io.sys, towns.bin and towns.sys from 1.1 will boot as an V1.1 disk.
