Another new server!

The forum's been  moved to a new server, something a little beefier with dual CPUs and 4x more RAM.

If you noticed some downtime earlier today, that's why. I'm having a fun time trying to get it to work properly, and currently it only works with PHP7.2, which throws a lot of errors, but 7.0 (which is what the old server used) can't access the database and  5.6 won't work at all. 

So here we are.  It works. 

Sorta.  ;)

Let me know if anything's awry.
