New Wiki Plugin: Bookmarks

Neko68k has been doing a massive amount of work adding X68000 programming documentation to the wiki, and in order to make his life something less of a terrible hell, I've installed the Bookmark plugin.

This allows links to HTML-style anchors throughout a page, making navigation of enormous pages less torturous.
