030 PSU dead after recap

Hey everybody

I just recapped the power supply on my x68030 because the caps were smelling pretty funky. It was working decently before, but I was worried about impending failure. Anyway, now when I connect the psu to 120VAC, the fan doesn't turn on and I get nothing on the multimeter at the x68000 connector end.

Does anybody know what might be causing this? I already checked for bridges and cold solder joints

Update:
ZD31 is bad, so i'll report back once i replace it. Had to order the part

After replacing ZD31, the psu is now working properly. Thanks everyone for the documentation.
