Anybody know how to use X68000 Based Emulators

so if you go to the x68pub folder, and go under tools, you'll find some really neat stuff.

Under a folder called emulators you can find emulators that are supposed to run on x68k. I don't know how well they work, but i don't know how to run them with a back up yet. There's also a cool tool for dumping and writing sharp X1 floppy disks.

The translated docs didn't tell me about loading a rom, but it was 3am so i might have missed it.

Any ideas?
