Laseractive cap kit or cap list anywhere?

Hey guys I have a couple laseractives I want to cap.  I've found cap kits for both Sega and NEC pacs, but I can't find either a cap kit or cap list on the interwebs anywhere I look.  I KNOW people are re-capping these, and there's like over 80 that I'd rather not have to note down by hand.  Surely one of you gentleman can point me towards a cap list?

Unless you're looking for a cap list for the Laseractive player itself....  You may be able to use the factory service manual for that.  There should be a link to it in that general laseractive repair thread.

Yeah I was looking for the player itself, but I have been using your PAC guides for recapping, great work thank you!

I want to get to the power supply board but the 3 ribbon connectors do NOT want to come off.
