rank file types for sharp x68000

hello
im working on a setup for x68000 for my hyperspin
sometimes a game will come in several different forms

i always use the .hdf over the other types if it is a multiple disk game (to avoid multiple disks)
but what if the game is a single disk game and comes in .dim, .xdf, .hdf etc

what order should be the order of preference and why?

 Hi CraigAnderson !

Games always load much faster from HDD so HDF is the preferred format. Floppy formats should be used only when a game can not be installed to HDD.
