RAM in 16Mhz

I can't seem to find much info or a list of what ram boards (internal or external) can run in 16 Mhz, can anybody help me out?

From what I have read it seems like any of them would work as long as it will fit in your case.

As far as I know but you might want to check with one of the more seasoned members as they have more face time with it then I do and can either confirm or deny this.
