Strange LHES issue, pls help.

I'm getting an error loading LHES from my SCSI2SD, and it's an odd one as nothing has changed outside of not booting the X68k for about a month.

The error states 'can not secure data area' and won't boot into LHES.
However, if I boot from a master-disk it will mount the SCSI2SD as drive c: and I can load LHES from the prompt but because it's mounted as c: it won't boot any multi-disk programs.

I've tried using the SCSI2SD on the sasi bus, as well as externally through my sacom scsi board with the same error.

I've re-written the drive image a few dozen times and double checked all the setting on the SCSI2SD board (v5.2) with out success.

The image boots perfectly fine in my X68 emulator as a sasi drive.

I know it's not a read only issue as I've been able to copy the master-disk files over without any problems.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.
