What RGB cable for modded SFC?

Hello, great community i recently found you guys when searching for modding help.
My story:
so i have an original SFC from japan and live in europe. I want to mod the sfc so i can switch between 50/60hz and the pal/ntsc region for maximum compatibility (firstly, is that still relevant or that kind of modding is outdated and there are some better solutions?)
i found that the nstc and pal versions of sfc/snes are have different "elements" in rgb scart cables. so the question is should i have 2 different sets of cables depending on what mode i will be playing or is there a way to have it universal and mod a universal rgb scart cable or what?
