Important difference between NTSC(?) and PAL Saturn AV pinout

I had som trouble getting my EU SCART RGB cable to work with my japanese Saturn.
So I did some measuring and found this out:

On the JP Saturn AV socket pin 1 is C-sync (like it says on the wiki).
But on the EU Saturn AV socket pin 1 is 9 volt DC!!

Thought this might be a good thing to add to the wiki/gamesx site

I remember someone a while back had a problem getting their Saturn SCART cale to work. Thanks for the info!

Maybe that's why I had to use composite video as sync when i made my rgb cable.
