What type pins do both use  and do you know if they make/sell CN 50pin cable

Hard disk connector is a standard high-density 50-pin SCSI cable. They're trivial to find.

The floppy connector is a bit harder. I think some parallel port printers used it, but the pinout is obviously going to be different.
