XRGB-2 Plus: Green screen?

I just got in my XRGB-2 Plus, and there's a big problem:  I can only get a green screen when using the 21-pin RGB input.  I first used my Sega Saturn, then my SNES, both using proper Japanese 21-pin RGB cables.  Then I tried my PS2 using the component-rgb adapter that came with the unit and set GAME to YPbPr in the menu and...still green.  Does this just mean the input is defective and I have to send it back, or does anyone know of a factory reset or some settings I may be missing?  Thanks.

Nevermind, I checked the manual and found the factory reset code.  All is well!
